Serves 2, Prep time 5 minutes, Cook Time 8 minutes.
- 2 whole lobster tails
- 1/2 (12 fluid ounce) can beer – any kind.
- In a medium sized pan, over medium/high heat, boil the beer.
- Split lobster tails lengthwise if they are in the shells still. If not you are good to go!
- Place a steamer basket on top of the saucepan. Put thawed lobster tails in basket and cover it. Turn hit to a low and simmer for 8 minutes.
